This Southern client purchased a pied-à-terre in the city

in order to have a home close to her kids.  We started with a few directives in mind… the client wanted a red and white living room, a blue and white master bedroom and enough seating for all of her kids and their families to be able to get together and be comfortable…plus it had to be kid friendly!
